Peace

As She relaxed by the lake, out of sight from the other students and better yet, out of hearing, something was strange, something wasn't right.

Suddenly there was crack and shout from above her as a boy came crashing through the tree and downn towards her.

"I could say the same thing.. what you doing here.. I was meant to make a perfect landing and you got in the way.. no I mean got in the way." he said slowing down "..merlin on a broom that was a bit of a close shave.." he said now with his nose touching the grass. He sneezed and fell the rest of the way.

He quickly got up and brushed himself up "..didn't think anyone would be this far in here.. let alone the forbidden forest at all... trying to kill yourself or something.. can't think of a better place."

He brushed his hair back after it had been everywhere "Barty, father works in the ministry.. sadly he passed his name on to me... and you are?" he said glaring back at the girl

"..Yeah and why the sarcasm? know me?" he said looking around the forest as if looking for something "..and yeh, nice to meet you.." he said losing interest in her

Barty smiled "Great can't wait to see what I'm going..not in the ministry am I?" he said looking hopeful he wasn't

"...So i'm locked up..then?" he said a little confused "..A death Eater?" he said in a brighter tone

He took the Timeturner off his neck so she could see it "you must know what this is, I wanted to have a look what thing are like .. well now, what's going on.. how I am doing."

"So what side are you on then.. if any?" he said following her and sitting down while playing with the timeturner "you on a break or something? Might pop and visit Hogsmeade or something..."

"Same here, not too sure how to go about it either." he said looking into the river and then back to her "Hogsmeade week end.. you mean the other students will be there.. means I can't go, can't be seen.."

'I doubt they will. The dark lords about. There to scared.' Harriate sneered.'Cowards.'
'You can go down if you want. Im sure no one wil reconise you.'

"Why's that then, can't be that much different." he said getting up again "Going to go and have a look round the grounds I think.. won't find much sitting here in the Forbidden Forest will I? you staying here?"

"...who you on about?" he said not really understanding her "Dumbledore? and I hope i'm better company than them... bleeping house points.. who's going out with who... Who cares!" he said more to himself than to her

"Till I get all the information I want I guess... have all the time in the world. And I don;t think Dumbles will last forever, has to pop off sometime soon and when he does, the Death Eaters have won!"
